Application Successfully Submitted

The Education & Training office has received your online application. A student coordinator will be assigned to you, and will contact you within a few weeks. Please see the following checklist of items that need to be submitted to our office before the deadline:

– Education ApplicationProof of EBCI Enrollment
– Driver’s License or Other Photo ID
– Copy of Social Security Card or other official document 
 – with Social Security number listed
– W-9 Form
– FAFSA Student Aid Report (SAR) (Undergraduate Only)
– Proof of 2 Scholarship Applications (Undergraduate Only)
– College Acceptance Letter

Beginning August 1st, 2019.
Graduate and Doctoral students must apply for FAFSA and submit their student aid report as part of the application packet.
